Where do I even start with my precious Erin? Since birth she has been the most sweet spirited, easy going girl. She is very sensitive to people and animals, and most of all to the things of God. She seems to be mature beyond her years in certain ways. Sometimes I think the things she has gone through, such as personal struggles, have been a gift from God. Through these she has developed such an empathy for the hurting and struggling.

She is now 5'5" at the last measurement. She is in 7th grade and is still homeschooled. She is great at math, though she doesn't love it. Kyle blessed her with his gift of learning. When she hears something, she knows it. This makes books on tape a wonderful learning tool for her!
She has several good friends and tends to be an incredible judge of character. Her friends have a blast together and enjoy just being girls still. There is no boy-crazed talk or trying to be bigger than they are! Yeah!
Erin is still a horse-lover through and through. Her most common phrase spoken to her dad is, "Dad, will you buy me a horse?" He guarentees that will happen the moment his "ship comes in." I tell her she needs to marry a godly rancher guy. That way she can have all the horses she wants!!
